Position Level Non-Executive Requirements Minimum SPM qualification; diploma or degree in finance, business, or related fields is an advantage Fresh graduates are welcome; experience in sales or financial consultation is a plus Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage Goal-oriented, proactive, and highly motivated to achieve sales targets Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Passion for helping others with a genuine interest in financial education and customer service Strong sense of responsibility, reliability, and integrity Willingness to learn and grow with a dynamic and expanding company Responsibilities Provide professional financial consultation services to clients on debt management, bank loans, and portfolio planning Actively promote the company’s financial products and services to potential clients Build and maintain strong client relationships through attentive listening and effective problem-solving Conduct one-on-one consultations to assess client needs and recommend personalized financial solutions Follow up with leads, handle client inquiries, and close sales efficiently Work closely with back-end support teams to ensure smooth processing and customer satisfaction Educate clients about financial best practices and loan processes Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company Attend training sessions and internal meetings to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques Represent the company’s values of responsibility, integrity, and trust in all client interactions Qualification Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level
